Nudgd AB wants everyone to be able to use nudgd.se. This statement covers our public marketing website in Swedish and English, including Platform, Solutions, Results, Method, Expert Services, Academy, Contact, and related pages.
Scope
This statement applies to the public website operated by Nudgd AB. It does not cover logged-in product experiences (for example Smart Nudges end-user flows or Academy learner portals) unless those are later linked from this site with their own statements.
Compliance status
The website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Most navigation, content pages, and forms are designed to meet AA. Some parts do not yet fully conform, mainly third-party embeds and content still being expanded.
What we do
We use semantic HTML and landmark regions for primary navigation. We provide a skip link to main content and visible focus styles for keyboard users. Interactive menus expose expanded or collapsed state to assistive technologies. Images that convey meaning include text alternatives. Decorative logo treatments in marquees are marked so they can be ignored by screen readers. Motion respects prefers-reduced-motion where we control animation (including the logo strip). Cookie consent can be set and changed without relying on color alone. Contact and demo paths work with keyboard and form labels.
Known limitations
HubSpot Meetings and similar third-party embeds on the contact page may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. If the scheduler is hard to use, use the contact form or email [email protected]. Some older case or insight assets may lack complete alternative text until they are refreshed. Complex data stories and third-party media can introduce temporary gaps while content is updated. We continue to improve contrast, heading structure, and mobile touch targets as we ship new sections.
How we assess
We combine design reviews, keyboard checks, and automated checks during development of this site. We reassess when we release major page templates or third-party embeds. This statement was updated for the August 2026 website redesign.
